Josh gave the house an extremely thorough review, going above and beyond what we requested by offering supplemental assessments of other aspects of the house. He caught several very major issues that our original home inspector (from a different company) didn't catch, including a critical structural post beneath the concrete deck that had completely failed and was a major hazard. This new information enabled us to negotiate more effectively and helped us reduce the sell price by $25,000. Not a bad ROI for our pleasant time speaking with Josh! read less

We did a walk-through at the end, and they explained all their findings.  They advised us on the most important things to focus on first.   The report was emailed immediately after the inspection was completed.  It is very detailed with pictures along with descriptions of the problem areas.  We were asked to call anytime with questions.
